How do I make a return?

Would you be offering the manufacturer s warranty on all products sold via the online store?

Yes. The product will be accompanied with a sealed manufacturer warranty card mentioning the date of invoice, Invoice number and contact details of the service centre. In case of a manufacturing defect / defect arising due to usage or a problem with regards to the usage of the product, what should we do?

Simply contact our customer support numbers and they will guide you with respect to usage methodology and installation procedures. In the rare case that the problem could not be solved via the telephone, depending on the product we would either arrange for the onsite visit of our service personnel or request you to return the product to our service center following which a replacement / repair would be done based on the nature of the complaint.
