Shipping Policy
Products would be safely packed and shipped via the best mode of courier or speed post. We check with multiple service providers and choose the right ones based on their serviceability in the destination address. Courier services usually pick up the items from our office at 4:30PM on all days (except Sunday).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of product purchase must be made at least within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. This is because; we take a minimum of 24 hours to dispatch the product. Once the product has been shipped, you can still return the product within seven days from the date of receipt of the product.
Refund Policy
We will try our best to provide the best brands and products for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products / services we can provide a refund within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. The final refunds will be made after the receipt of the product back to the service centre and after deducting the transport costs, taxes & duties, transaction costs. No refund will be made if the product is found to be mishandled or damaged. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account.
